Bertha joined FINANTA in 2010 with over 20 years in the nonprofit and humanitarian sectors. Her experience includes building organizational capacities, developing and implementing effective stakeholder-driven programs and creating microfinance services and loan products for women. She provides technical assistance and loans for businesses. Sarmina has a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, and a Master of Fine Arts from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
