Councilwoman Maria Quiones Sanchez and FINANTA Announce New ROSCA Group

Councilwoman Quiñones Sánchez and FINANTA have worked together to secure program funding and are proud to announce the creation of a ROSCA group specifically for neighborhood limousine companies and small business owners. FINANTA has partnered with local business experts in delivering business technical assistance workshops for the ROSCA (Rotating Savings Credit Association) program; these educational workshops are offered once a month to ROSCA members and cover a wide range of topics relating to owning and operating successful small businesses in Philadelphia, in addition to providing microloans to support their operations. Through this intensive and educational program, participants develop leadership and managerial skills, are provided with access to capital, and establish, repair or build credit.

This collaboration reinforces Councilwoman Quiñones Sanchez’s commitment to supporting the growth of the Small Business community in the 7th Councilmatic District.
